When you submit a project enquiry, Daf receives the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, and description of your needs, to review and respond to the enquiry. We do not need passwords, payment information, or customer records.

When the form is enabled, enquiries are stored separately on the website server and notifications are sent to the company mailbox. Access is limited to people responsible for reviewing enquiries and operating the service. Hosting and email providers may process the information to provide these services.

The site does not run advertising trackers or add you to marketing lists. A temporary hash of the connection address is used to limit form abuse and expires with the rate-limit window on subsequent requests.

Enquiry details are kept for follow-up until deleted by the service operator. There is currently no automatic time-based deletion. To request access or deletion, contact us using the address associated with your enquiry. We may ask for identity confirmation before acting.
