CUSTOM WEBSITES · STORES · SYSTEMS

Built around your business.
Not the other way around.

We design and develop websites that explain what you do, online stores that fit your brand, and custom systems that support your team. We start with your needs and build software around the way your business works.

Starting something new or improving an existing system? Let’s start with what you need.

FROM IDEA TO OPERATION
/ 01

What does your business need next?

You don’t need the technical terminology. Start with what you need to get done.

Not sure? Tell us about the problem and we’ll work out where to start.
/ 02

From your online presence to your daily operations.

You may need a website, an online store, an internal system, or a connection between them. We define the right scope with you and build around your needs.

Company websiteCustom websites for companies and service businesses, shaped around your identity and designed to make the next step easy.

A website that makes your business clear.

Custom websites for companies and service businesses, shaped around your identity and designed to make the next step easy.

We start with your audience, your services, and the questions a potential customer needs answered. We then plan, design, and develop a website that works across mobile and desktop, with a clear route to enquiries, service requests, or booking requests where appropriate.

The scope can include company and service pages, branches, selected work, campaign landing pages, quote requests, booking enquiries, and FAQs. Where your team needs to maintain the content, we define a suitable editing workflow so that everyday updates do not have to depend on a developer.

Who is it for, and what does it help with?

Service companies, clinics, restaurants, property businesses, and teams that need to explain their expertise or collect structured enquiries.

Clearer communication, a straightforward contact journey, and an organised foundation for future updates. Technical search foundations can be included in scope; search rankings are not guaranteed.

Online storeA buying experience built around your products and customers, from product discovery to order completion and follow-up.

An online store that feels like your brand.

A buying experience built around your products and customers, from product discovery to order completion and follow-up.

We design around the way you sell. Do customers choose sizes or colours, compare products, or buy bundles and complete sets? We structure the journey to make important information clear and the next action easy to find.

The scope can include categories, search and filters, product pages and variants, the cart, checkout, bundles, relevant product recommendations, and customer accounts or order tracking where needed. We also define how your team manages products and orders, with payment and shipping integrations subject to supported platforms and account access.

We can improve an existing store or build a new experience. Together, we determine whether a customisable platform such as Shopify or a custom implementation fits the project. Platform, payment, and shipping-provider fees are addressed in the project agreement.

Who is it for, and what does it help with?

Fashion, fragrance, children’s products, multi-category stores, and other brands that need a product-specific buying experience.

Clearer product information, a consistent brand experience, and operations shaped around your business. Commercial improvements are measured after launch, not promised as fixed percentages.

Business systemCustom systems that bring important data and processes together, with clear responsibilities and permissions for each role.

A business system that follows your workflow.

Custom systems that bring important data and processes together, with clear responsibilities and permissions for each role.

When orders, stock, and follow-up are spread across files, messages, and disconnected tools, we begin by mapping the actual workflow. Who receives a request? Who reviews it? Who carries it out? When should its status change? We then build the interfaces, permissions, and reports around that process.

The scope can cover customer and sales management, orders, stock, purchasing, suppliers, branches, tasks, approvals, invoicing, and operational reporting. The solution may take the form of a customer relationship management system, an ERP, or a focused set of modules for a specific operational need.

You do not have to start with a large platform. We prioritise the essential functions and plan a foundation that can evolve. Specialised financial calculations or regulated requirements need explicit definitions and relevant professional review within the project.

Who is it for, and what does it help with?

Restaurants, retailers, clinics, service companies, warehouses, delivery businesses, and teams that need clearer operations.

Better visibility into work status, less repeat data entry where the process allows it, and understandable responsibilities and access controls.

A system shaped around your operations

Examples of possible scope. You do not need every feature in the first release.

E-commerce

Orders, warehouses, shipping, returns, collections, and operational or profitability reports based on agreed definitions.

Restaurants and cafés

Point of sale, tables, orders, kitchen views, branches, and stock workflows.

Clinics and centres

Scheduling, operational records, staff roles, follow-up, and invoicing according to requirements.

Real estate

Properties, developments, enquiries, sales follow-up, viewings, and team tasks.

Shipping and delivery

Order import and assignment, courier interfaces, delivery states, returns, and collection reconciliation.

Warehousing and trade

Goods received and issued, items, suppliers, stocktakes, transfers, and barcode or QR scanning where required.

Sales and customer service

Lead records, sales stages, follow-up tasks, reminders, permissions, and reporting.

Construction and field services

Projects, milestones, crews, tasks, expenses, purchasing, and delivery tracking.

Education and training

Learning content, learners, schedules, permissions, progress tracking, and reporting.

Internal operations

Employee requests, tasks, approvals, and internal portals based on company policies.

Integrations and automationConnect systems and move information between steps, instead of asking your team to repeat the same work manually.

Make your tools work together.

Connect systems and move information between steps, instead of asking your team to repeat the same work manually.

We review the tools you already use and identify where information is duplicated or delayed. We then define the connections, data mapping, error handling, retry rules, and notifications the workflow needs.

Examples include moving store orders into an operations system, updating shipping statuses, synchronising product or customer information, sending internal alerts, and importing structured spreadsheets. Connections to Shopify, Meta services, shipping companies, or other providers depend on available official interfaces and the access you can authorise.

Who is it for, and what does it help with?

Teams copying information between tools or handling growing volumes of orders and follow-up.

Fewer manual steps, clearer visibility into integration issues, and predictable rules for how information moves. Integrations are confirmed only after technical feasibility is checked.

AI assistantAI assistants and chatbots for answering questions, collecting information, and supporting your team, connected to the right sources and tools.

A useful assistant with a clearly defined job.

AI assistants and chatbots for answering questions, collecting information, and supporting your team, connected to the right sources and tools.

We define the job first: answering recurring questions, collecting enquiry details, helping people choose a service, following up on an order, or helping staff find information. We then establish the knowledge sources, allowed actions, and decisions that require human approval.

The scope can include website chat or supported messaging channels, company-specific knowledge, a clear handover to a person, and records for reviewing response quality. Sensitive actions require suitable permissions and oversight.

Who is it for, and what does it help with?

Businesses with recurring enquiries, information-gathering steps before a sales conversation, or focused internal assistance needs.

More structured enquiries and less repetitive work, while keeping a clear route to human help. We do not promise perfect accuracy or guaranteed replacement of staff.

Improve an existing projectReview and improve an existing website or system, or turn a new idea into a clear, practical development scope.

Improve what you have—or build something new.

Review and improve an existing website or system, or turn a new idea into a clear, practical development scope.

For an existing project, we review the structure and the problems you face before recommending changes. The right scope may be a better user experience, repairs to broken journeys, performance work, new permissions or reports, or a gradual move to a more suitable architecture.

For a new idea, we start with its users and essential functions, then define a useful first version. Your idea does not need an identical example in our portfolio, and a complete rebuild does not have to be the first answer.

Who is it for, and what does it help with?

Owners of existing websites and systems, and teams planning a digital product, customer portal, or employee tool.

An informed development decision, a clear scope, and a transition plan that preserves working parts wherever practical.

These are examples of the solutions we build, not the limits of our work. Tell us about your business and the problem you need to solve.

Clearer for your customers. More organised for your team.

The customer-facing experience is one part of the solution. The tools your team uses to manage requests and follow-up are another. We can define both sides and connect them within your project scope.

Before we begin.

Clear answers to the questions that matter to your decision.

Do you only build websites, or business systems too?

We build company and service websites, online stores, and custom business systems, alongside integrations, automation, focused AI assistants, and improvements to existing projects. The right solution depends on your needs.

My idea is not in the portfolio. Can we still work together?

Yes. The portfolio shows examples of our work, not a closed list of services. Tell us about the users, the problem, and the important functions, and we’ll assess an appropriate approach with you.

How is the project priced?

Pricing depends on the features, design and development scope, and required integrations. We first understand the need and define the scope, then provide a project-specific cost rather than a fixed package that may not fit.

Does a demo within 48 hours mean the entire project is finished?

No. The demo is an initial version of the core journeys so you can see the direction and explore the idea. The timeline starts after the scope and required inputs are agreed. Full delivery has its own defined scope and schedule.

What does delivery in 7–10 days cover?

It applies to the agreed project scope once the requirements are defined. Significant additions or integrations with extra dependencies are assessed for their schedule impact before they are approved.

Are revisions and support included after delivery?

Standard revisions are available during the first month, with three months of support under the agreement. Revisions cover refinements within the scope, not new modules or a major rebuild. The start dates and boundaries are confirmed in the agreement.

Will I receive the source code, and where will the project be hosted?

Source code and running instructions can be provided under the agreement and the licences of any included components. We can host the project or prepare deployment to your server. Hosting, third-party fees, and management responsibilities are clearly defined separately.

Can you improve an existing website or system?

Yes. We review its current state and your needs, then assess whether improvements, new modules, or a gradual migration make the most sense. We do not assume a full rebuild is the only answer.

Can the project support Arabic, English, and mobile devices?

We define the project’s languages and mobile and desktop experience within the scope. Arabic is designed for its direction and reading patterns, not treated as an English page with reversed alignment.

Do I need a technical brief before getting in touch?

No. Start with your business, the problem, and your current workflow. We’ll help organise the requirements, identify the essential functions, and clarify the materials needed for development.

/ 09

Tell us about your business. Let’s define what to build.

Share what your business does, the idea or problem you have, and the best way to reach you. You do not need a technical brief or a complete feature list.

We’ll review your enquiry and contact you to agree on the next step. Sending the form does not confirm a meeting or start development.
